Help for AOL users

Some AOL users have experienced difficulty using the Eniva Back End Office. To access the Eniva Back End Office, please use an alternate browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer (5.5 or greater) or Netscape Navigator (7.0 or greater).

Before you begin

Determine if you already have Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator on your PC:

  • Minimize the AOL screen
  • Click the Start button (lower left corner of the screen)
  • Select Programs
  • See if Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator is in the displayed list of programs
  • If so, click on it
  • If not, you need to download a Web browser
  • If you do not have Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, you can download them using the links below:

How to download Internet Explorer 6 (full setup)

1. Click on the link above.

2. Download the file.

3. Double click on the file.

4. You will be presented with the license agreement dialog box shown below. Choose 'I accept the agreement' and then click Next.

5. After the setup routine begins, you will be given these two options (as shown below):

(a) Choose the operating system(s) that you desire to use Internet Explorer with.
(b) Choose a location to download the files to.

6. Click the Next button to proceed. If for some reason the download process gets interrupted, you can resume the download process by executing the same command used in the beginning.
